Skyline Park

Design Concept for my Senior Capstone project at the University of Georgia. Boutique Hotel located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Charlotte, North Carolina is a booming city that is a blend of modern sophistication and southern charm. Historically, Charlotte took off after the American Revolution as a railroad junction, and today, downtown Charlotte is a modern city that still has that charm woven between the new buildings. Skyline Park visually fits with the modern city look, but it keeps the community aspect and the southern charm alive with lots of gathering spaces in and outside of the hotel that allow guests to enjoy the city comfortably.
