Hill Residence
Design Concept for a Universal Design home.
The home design for a wheelchair-bound individual combines ADA compliance with unique elements specific to Louise Hill. It features zero-threshold doorways, custom grab bars, metal corner protectors, and zero-threshold carpet tiles for accessibility. The kitchen includes curved cabinets and adjusted countertops for wheelchair use. The master suite has laundry nearby and a wheelchair-accessible shower. All design elements prioritize both aesthetics and functionality for Mrs. Hill's comfort and ease of use.
